Dress: ASOS

Shoes: ALDO

Watch: Michael Kors

Necklace: HM

Purse: Forever 21

Happy Saturday!

I’m still working on being consistent with the blog, but I have been dealing with the loss of a very close family member these past two weeks. My blog had to sit on the back burner for a while, but I swear I will become consistent. My goal is to post twice a week, but I haven’t decided which days of the week I’d like to stick with just yet. I’m definitely thinking Fridays or Saturdays, and then a day earlier on in the week.

When it comes to planning things out for the blog, or even for everyday life I have a hard time. I recently started creating a bullet journal, and I think it could really help me out. Have you ever used a bullet journal before? If so did it help keep you more organized? I’m really interested in finding out if it will help me, and if not I’m willing to try a million other ways. I have my next semester starting in a few weeks, so if bullet journaling works for me it will be a great help with school too.

Alright let’s talk about this super cute sundress. First of all it’s on sale for less than $30, so you should definitely click where I’ve linked below to check it out. This dress is super comfortable, and can easily be dressed up or down. I chose to dress it up a little bit, but you could easily pair it with sneakers or sandals too. I normally stray away from a lot of color, and I think this is the only red item of clothing I own! Once in a while it’s nice to try something a little different in your wardrobe, and in this case I really liked the color. The shoes I wore it with are from Aldo, and they’re super comfortable. I’ve wanted a pair of shoes like these for a while, and when I saw them on sale I had to buy them. I actually purchased the shoes on the Spring app. I may have to do a post on Spring because it’s a really great app for finding deals on some of your favorite brands.

I hope if you are afraid of color, or maybe you only wear color that you will try a new piece that may scare you just a little bit! Don’t be afraid to try something new 🙂

Do you wear a lot of monochrome looks, or are you all about color? Let me know in the comments below!

The Dress: Parisian-Off-The-Shoulder Dress from ASOS

The Shoes: Villarosa Cognac Block Heels from ALDO shoes

The Bag: Faux Leather Half Moon Bag from Forever 21. I couldn’t find the exact bag anymore, but I like this option in black or white.

The Necklace: Double Horn Necklace from GypsyStarsRVA Etsy shop. H&M did not have the necklace on their website, but I love this one too.

Floral Jumpsuits

Jumpsuit: J by J.O.A for Target

Shoes: Target

Jean Jacket: Levi’s

Purse: Isabelle Handbags

Neck Scarf: Target

Watch: Michael Kors

I’m so happy that I was finally able to go out and shoot in this jumpsuit! It’s rare that I find the time to go on actual shoots for my posts. This time I met up with an old friend whom I work really well with and we managed to get some really great shots. As much as I love typical shoots that show street style literally in the streets I also love doing things a little differently. Getting to watch the sunset while taking pictures for my blog was amazing, and I hope to find some other really cool spots to shoot soon.

About the jumpsuit! I honestly didn’t think one of the best jumpsuits I’ve ever tried on would be from Target. I’m petite, so it’s very difficult to find jumpsuits that fit me properly. This particular one is too long on me, but with a pair of chunky heels I’m good to go.

I really love the color of this jumpsuit as well as the pattern for Spring. I also really like that the jumpsuit is fitted because it’s difficult for me to find jumpsuits that make me look good because I am petite. However, petite or not this jumpsuit would look great on so many body types, and skin tones. There’s a tie at the back that you can adjust, and a hidden zipper. Oh and did I mention the price? This jumpsuit was only $34.99!! That is such a good price for a well made jumpsuit. As always I’ll link it below for you guys.

Unfortunately Target does not have this jumpsuit online! I’m so upset! I will still try to link similar options for y’all.

Floral Hi-Lo Dress – J by J.O.A from Target . It’s not the jumpsuit, but it is a cute dress in the same print!
